LME Inventory Update

FXStreet (Mumbai) - The warehouse stocks data released daily by the London Metal Exchange (LME) showed a drop in the inventory levels of Aluminium, Zinc, and Lead. While Copper stocks increased marginally after a sharp rise in the previous session. Nickel inventories also saw an uptick.

Copper stocks increased by 150 tonnes, signalling prolonged weakness in red metal demand. Nickel inventories also increased by 726 tonnes. On the other hand, aluminium inventories declined of 8075 tonnes, while Zinc stocks got subtracted by 3425 tonnes. Stock levels of Lead also declined by 325 tonnes.

USD/CHF trades near 0.92 levels

The USD/CHF pair fell to 0.9184 levels before recovering to trade slightly above 0.92 levels.
