AUD/USD: Looking for between 0.70 - 0.7500 - Westpac

FXStreet (Guatemala) - Analysts at Westpac Global Strategy Group explained, post conducting a survey, that respondents tend to agree with Westpac on AUD/USD into year end.

Key Quotes:

"With a large majority looking for the pair fall to 0.70-0.75."

"However, there is at least a mild skew towards the downside, with 0.65-0.70 seen as more likely than remaining in the recent 0.75-0.80 bucket. Westpac’s expectation of a Sep Federal Reserve rate hike is one of the keys to our expectation for a stronger USD and thus weaker AUD/USD. "
