BOJ's Kuroda: Japan's economy is expanding moderately

Bank of Japan governor Haruhiko Kuroda is out on the wires, reiterating that the Japanese economy is expanding moderately and the negative GDP growth witnessed in the third quarter was likely due to temporary factors like natural disasters.
