US markets rebound, Europe slightly up
FXStreet (Córdoba) - US shares are mixed on Monday after several economic reports and revisions. The Dow Jones is rising 0.11% and holds near the highs while the Nasdaq is falling 0.27%, but it was able to bounce from the lows. The blue chip index reached an intraday record high at 16,747.
European markets finished with minor changes. The FTSE 100 closed up 0.28% and the DAX gained 0.07%; on the negative side the CAC 40 lost 0.08%.
Among commodities, crude oil is falling 0.45% while Gold is losing $1 and holds barely above multi-month lows, trading at $1,245 an ounce.
