EUR/GBP is waiting for a bunch of data around 0.8140

FXStreet (Moscow) - EUR/GBP started the day at 0.8135, reached 0.8143 session high, and is on the way higher at the moment.

Another volatile day?

The pair was quite volatile on Tuesday, given the sharp turnarounds of the euro, and the packed with economic events calendar may bring some more action today. The first report of interest will be the EMU Services PMI, then, the investors turn their eyes to UK PMI, and the euro zone Q1 GDP will become a culmination point of the European session. Given the looming ECB meeting, every negative piece out of euro region may pressure the single currency. The upside may be limited by 0.8155 resistance, and the downside brings 0.8130 support.

What are today’s key EUR/GBP levels?

Today's central pivot point can be found at 0.8130, with support below at 0.8111, 0.8086 and 0.8067, with resistance above 0.8155, 0.8174, and 0.8199. Hourly Moving Averages are bullish, with the 200SMA at 0.8119 and the daily 20EMA flat at 0.8145. Hourly RSI is bullish at 60.
