EMU: Annual GDP grows 0.9% in Q1, as expected

FXStreet (Łódź) - On an annual basis Eurozone GDP increased 0.9% in Q1, up from the 0.5% rise registered the previous quarter, according to data released today by Eurostat. This result is in line with projections.

On a quarterly basis Q1 GDP edged up 0.2%, following a 0.2% increase in Q4, as expected.
