US Commerce Department: Targets Russia's oil refining sector with stringent new US export controls

The US Commerce Department is to target the Russian oil refining sector with stringent new export controls, reported Reuters on Friday. The Commerce Department said new regulations identify 91 entities that support Russian military activities and the latest release on curbing exports to Russia of oil refining equipment, as well as new entity listings reflect previously announced restrictions.
